Avoca FC Academy: Elevate Your Childs Game!
After a very successful opening academy season. Avoca FC is thrilled to announce the return of the Academy with continued partnership with Evo Central Coast.
What is the Avoca FC Academy?
The academy is a comprehensive 20-week program designed for young players eager to elevate their football skills through additional training and expert coaching from highly experienced professionals.
​What is new this year?
- More structure and more options.
- Groups will be graded based on each individual's weekend team grade.
- Evo will send out updates on the program for the following month and the exact skills they will be developing.
What will my child work on?
- Passing & understanding the weight of passing
- Finishing in 1v1 situations
- Shooting from distance
- Ball Manipulation
- Receiving the ball
Academy Groups Offered:
- Non Comp Juniors: Ages 9–11
- Teen: Ages 12–15
- All Girl: All ages (groups will be divided based on enrolments)
- Goalkeeper: Specialist training
Academy Schedule:
Duration: April to August
Sessions: One session per week
Location: Patrick Croke Oval
Day/Time – Wednesday
- Ages 9-11Â - 5-6pm
- Ages 12-15 & Goalkeeper - 6-7pm
Academy Cost:
The cost is $225 per child, which includes:
- 20 x 1-hour sessions with elite coaches
- Structured training with monthly objectives
- Direct access to Evo coaching staff
- An official academy player shirt if you don't already have one (+ $25)
